Hello! I’m Amelia
Student Athlete
I am a junior at Skidmore College, majoring in Management and Business. My hometown is Little Silver, New Jersey. I’ve achieved recognition in the Thoroughbred Society for both the Fall of 2022 and Spring of 2023; honoring student-athletes with a GPA of 3.67 or higher. Additionally, I made it to the Dean’s List of Honors for the Spring 2023 semester with a GPA exceeding 3.65. My academic interests extend into Finance, Accounting, and Marketing, and I’m eager to expand my knowledge in these areas. Alongside my academic accomplishments, I’ve been an integral part of the Women’s Basketball team at Skidmore for three years. Winning the Liberty League during the 2022-2023 season stands out as a highlight of my collegiate athletic career.

I have strong family values and firmly believe failure does not define who you are. My mother always says, “the cream always rises to the top,” and this resonates with me and fuels my hard working mindset. I never give up and am very loyal to those who are loyal to me. Since grade school, I have been a part of a team atmosphere, and I believe this reflects in my connection to being a part of a community. I can proudly say I am family-oriented.
